Grants

The Grant Program is one of the OPEC Fund’s four financing facilities. Since inception, the organization has extended grants in support of technical assistance and capacity building activities, as well as for special development initiatives. Grants help build public goods and address the needs of disadvantaged populations in OPEC Fund partner countries (particularly in the least developed countries). In addition, the OPEC Fund has provided emergency aid grants in the aftermath of different crises.
